Deleted this directory which was in the Program Files Directory. Then I deleted the web extensions\12 from the Common Files directory and re ran the install.</P> <P>This time it said I could install.</P> <P>Started the Install at 09:30hrs - at 12:24 it is still going - but at least it has got through the first few boots and its on the 'completeing upgrade' stage and the disk light is flashing.</P> <P>Hope is eternall</P> <P>13:46hrs - gave up and rebooted the machine as it didnt seem to have done anything for an hour at least. Machine rebooted with Windows Setup Rollback. It is now trying to restore the previous version of Windows.
